My Interview With the Lifestyle Accountability Show

February 14, 2014

My friend and former Ragnar teammate Karla over at Healthful Bites Blog recently did an interview with the Lifestyle Accountability Show. Adam and Devon Bate host daily interviews on their website of people that have great stories about their health and fitness journeys that will motivate others. Here is how they describe Lifestyle Accountability in their own words:

“Inspiring interviews with individuals who make health and fitness a priority in their lives.”

When I heard Karla’s interview, I thought it was so cool! She got to share her story, and talk about what she does now to stay healthy. She talked about a lot more, but that’s the general idea. I decided to share a little bit of my story with Adam and Devon to see if it met the criteria, and was asked to sign up for an interview!

Check out their website to learn more about what they do and why they do it. You can also listen to over a hundred podcasts of other interviews they’ve done.

My episode is #110, and can be accessed by clicking HERE. I can’t wait to hear it myself, and I hope so much that you guys like it!

Leave me a comment below, and let me know what you thought of it! Have a wonderful weekend and a Happy Valentine’s Day!

Happy Trails!

Stacey

Stace’, I just listened to your podcast and it was really awesome! You have come so far in the past few years, and sharing your story is continuing the journey of your healthy lifestyle. You do inspire people, Stephanie is proof of that! You just keep making me prouder and prouder! Love Mom

Aw Mom!!! Thanks so much!! *tear* haha! You know someone that is inspiring me right now is Lindsay Von-the skier that tore her ACL again while training for Sochi. I follow her on Facebook and see her pics of her at physical therapy in her knee brace working her ass off to get back in the game. That’s going to be me in a few weeks! Love you and thanks for listening! I’m so glad you liked it 🙂

Here on the blog, I share my experiences living a healthy lifestyle, trying new products, and living the PugMom life. I also like to blog about makeup and beauty stuff, because although I’ll get dirty hiking mountains or riding my bike here in Phoenix, I’m a total girly girl!
