Three Ways to Naked Three

Hey guys! I’ve been working on this tutorial for a bit now, and am SO excited to be able to post it for you! The Naked 3 Palette by Urban Decay is the third in the series, and by far my favorite. It has neutral shades with a rose colored undertone. If you’re not familiar with the Naked Palettes, the original Naked palette has warm toned neutral shades, and the Naked 2 is cool toned.

Original:
I don't have any pictures of the Naked 2, but here is a link so you can take a look at it if you'd like.

These palettes may look simple, but you can do SO many looks with them!! This video shows you three ways to use the Naked 3 palette for three very different looks. I hope you enjoy it! Leave me a comment below and let me know if you like these tutorials, or if you have any questions!!

Happy Trails!

Burgundy and Gold Eyeshadow Tutorial

Hi guys! I finally got my latest tutorial edited and ready to go! If I didn’t like this look so much, I probably would’ve ditched the footage, because I had something between my two front teeth for the first part of it! No joke guys. I’m taking one for the team here! So I hope you enjoy the look! I’m swallowing my pride for the sake of makeup!

I hope you enjoyed the video! If you have any specific requests for tutorials or videos, please let me know! Have a happy and safe New Year, whatever you decide to do! Please remember that the cost of Uber or a cab is much cheaper than a DUI or taking someone’s life driving drunk! For the love of God, call me if you live in Phoenix before you drive if you’ve been drinking! I love you all, and wish everyone the best for 2015! It’s going to kick ass!!

Happy Trails and Cheers to 2015!

The 12 Days of Blogmas Day 6: Cranberry Eyes for the Holidays

I’ve worn cranberry/burgundy shadows on my eyes a couple of times so far this Holiday Season. I absolutely LOVE these colors!! They really look great on any eye color, in my opinion. You can go with a pop of color in the outer V or on the lower lash line, or you can just go for it and do a full top and bottom cranberry look like I did below:

I follow a LOT of makeup artists and bloggers/YouTubers on Instagram. I’ve been seeing looks that feature one color family all the way around the eye quite a bit lately. It is so beautiful!! The colors are smoked out to the point where it almost looks like a “glow” of whatever color they used. Here is a better picture that shows top and bottom:

You can do this with any color you want! If you’re not used to bold eye looks with a lot of color, do a neutral lid and smudge a brighter color along the lower lash line. This is an awesome way to start incorporating more color into your everyday looks. Throw on a pair of false lashes, and you’ve got yourself looking like a professional did your makeup ;-).

I did a similar look in the video tutorial below, except with some shimmer on the lid, and a more subtle smoked out color on the lower. This video has been through it! I accidentally deleted all of the clips from it right after I finished editing it, and then managed to restore my computer with the most recent backup from TimeMachine. Thank you SO much to Lance from Apple for the help yesterday! I may have complained about my computer, and I am still frustrated, but their support department is fantastic!! So I hope you guys enjoy this! I had a lot of fun making it! Let me know what you think by leaving me a comment below. I love hearing from you! (I just realized that I used the wrong pictures for the thumbnail, so I changed it on YouTube. It isn’t showing the change on here, though. My apologies! I was confused with the tutorial I just filmed haha!)

Have an awesome weekend!

Happy Trails,

Stacey
