So I got a little carried away with the barbell strength training and strained my knee again! Except this time, it is the other knee! I took today off of running per my amazing coach, and did ice on it three different times already today. I am getting ready to ice it again now, and go to bed. I vow to do my PT strengthening exercises at LEAST twice a week now, and lay off on the weighted and excessive amounts of squats and lunges during class!
I will NOT get sidelined for the NYC Marathon!!!

I am reading a really good book right now called “Love Unscripted” by Tina Reber.
It was suggested on a blog I was reading about what to read after 50 Shades of Grey. I continued looking through her posts, and discovered another book that sounds good, called “Beautiful Disaster.” She has a page dedicated on “What to Read After Beautiful Disaster,” and “Love Unscripted” was on it. I have been reading it for a couple of weeks now, and it is really good! It’s long compared to the last few books I have read, but I am almost done with it. I definitely recommend it for a good summer read.
As for “Beautiful Disaster,” I think that is next on my list.
