Awesome Week in Review: Part 2

I know it's another week later now, but I still have pics to show you from last week! I'm going to include stuff from this past weekend's parties, too.

What a great December it's been so far! I can't get enough of seeing everyone at parties and having all of the amazing people in my life at the same place at the same time! I am blessed beyond belief.

Speaking of December, it's been cold here in AZ! You know you've been here long enough when 35 degrees becomes frigid. Check out Minnie and Max with their scarves! I think Ali might actually tolerate one of these:

I painted my nails with a Formula X by Sephora color called Pyrotechnic for Christmas. It stays on a couple days longer, but still chips after like 3 days. Nothing stays on for me except the gel polish at the salon.

I managed to snag a Naked 3 palette from Ulta before they sold out. It's fantastic! My new favorite palette.
I made some homemade mulled apple cider with some mulling spices I got at Safeway. SO yummy!

I went to OHSO for a Sole Sports Christmas party for the group runners and friends on Thursday. They had a huge turnout! I had no idea OHSO was so dog friendly!

Look at Apollo and Zeus all tuckered out after a night of partying.

I only got one other picture:

Melissa is such a proud Dog Mamma!

Look at what was on the wall on the way out!

That's what I like to see!

Here was my OOTD:

I made Peppermint Mocha cookies for the BTB Christmas party cookie exchange. This recipe is fantastic! Gluten free, too! I'll be posting it sometime this week.

The party ended up being a total blast! I saw so many people that I haven't seen in so long due to my injury, and not being in the loop with Saturday AM long runs and track workouts. I miss my team!!!

Susan and Bill throw the best parties! Thanks again so much guys!! Their backyard is so perfect! Look at how great the turnout was!

Believe, Train, and Become awards went to Maria, Daradee and Sal!

Tracie, her daughter, Lisa, and I

They had the crazy "photo booth" again this year. It was SO much fun!!!

I left the BTB party for a little over an hour to stop by Vanessa's White Elephant gift exchange party. When I got there, everyone was out caroling, and I thought it was a practical joke!! Heidi wanted to take a selfie.

Awesome gifts all around. This one was boobs, a JLo, and a nice wig. Oh, in a Budweiser box!

Check out the drawers! Mind you, you were only allowed to bring a gift you already had at home.

Nice faucet.

I got to spend some time with my girl Elizabeth, too. What an awesome night!

Got back to Susan's and look who I found!!

Karen!!

Best. Friends. Ever.

Of course Trooper had to get his own picture in the crazy booth :-)

He actually laid down there all by himself, and it was so adorable!!

You guys already saw my OOTD, so here's my EOTD. The picture really doesn't do the look justice. It's all from the Naked 3 palette, and was a very smokey, more dramatic look. I am having so much fun with it! I'm getting better at winging out my liner, too. Practice really does make perfect. You guys, if I can wing out my liner, so can you. Trust me!!!

Had a good hair night, too. Check out this post if you wanna learn how to do this style!

Sunday night, I was invited to hang out with the Sole Sports staff after their holiday party. They were at Kelly's in Old Town. I always have a blast with them!

Lance, Karen, Melissa, and I

Micaela, Katie, me, and Joe's awesomely happy photo bomb.

The best White Elephant gift of the night. There are really not words for this one.

So that was the rest of my week! I truly have the best friends in the world, and I thank God for all of you! It's get-togethers like this that keep my spirits up while waiting for this surgery to happen. I hope everyone has a great rest of their week, and has good luck with those last minute Christmas gifts! I'll be back soon with some new stuff, and the recipe for the Peppermint Mocha cookies!

Happy Trails!

Stacey
