Pure Lyft Clean Caffeine Review

I was given the opportunity through Sweat Pink to do a review on a product called Pyre Lyft.

Pure Lyft comes in a stick form where all you have to do is unwrap it, stir it into your drink, and you have a clean, natural pick me up! Unfortunately, I only tried it I my water. I honestly just grabbed it on my way out the door to San Diego a couple of weeks ago, and decided to try it while I was out of town. I stirred it into my Smart Water and took it to the beach with me. It did not change the flavor of the water at all! In fact, I couldn't even tell it was there. This is the case because it is designed to be able to be stirred into water, juice, or any other drink you want to caffeinate without changing the flavor.

According to their website:

"LYFT® Energy Stir Sticks are a zero calorie, 'Clean Caffeine'™ energy product infused with all natural caffeine derived from green coffee bean extract with vitamins A and B complex that can be used with any beverage to provide a sophisticated energy experience with a clean taste."

The convenience factor is huge with this. An example I can think of is let's say I am in a huge hurry to get out the door in the morning. (Story of my life! Haha!) I have just enough time to throw some fruits and veggies in my Vitamix to make a juice for breakfast. I forget to make coffee, and realize it while I'm in the car halfway to work. If you guys know me well enough, you know that I don't start my day well unless I have some caffeine on board. All I would have to do is break open a Lyft stick, stir it into my juice, and drink up! Caffeine deprivation problem solved! I could definitely see myself doing this.

There are no artificial sweeteners, flavors or preservatives. Each stick has the caffeine equivalent of one tall coffee. If you are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant, or have health conditions that warn against the consumption of caffeine, contact your doctor before trying this product.

Check out their website if you are interested in trying it! A 2-pack will run you $5.99, a 6-pack $15.99, and a 24-pack $49.99.

Have you tried Pure Lyft? Did you like it? Leave me a comment below and tell me about your experience.

**I was not compensated for this review. I was simply sent a small sample by the company to try it. As always, all opinions are my own.**

Happy Trails!
