I have been a very busy lady! Between work, PT, meetings, Nerium, and trying to maintain my sanity, I haven't had as much time to blog as I'd like to. I have taken several OOTD (outfit of the day) and MOTD (makeup of the day) pictures to show you guys that have started to accumulate to the point that I'm giving them their own blog post!
I'm really into looking professional, yet fashion forward at work. It's so funny, because I've gotten compliments from some of my patients unexpectedly lately. I must be doing it right! One of the pieces I get the most compliments on is this ring:
I swear these come from the most random middle-aged men sometimes, and it catches me so off-guard! I think I got it at Pitaya on Mill Ave for those of you here in AZ.
Charity Jeans Day at work!! I vote for this at least once a week! Any if us will pay $5 to wear jeans, especially if it’s for a charity!!
I’m loving pencil skirts these days! There’s something sexy and professional about a long, high-waisted pencil skirt. Ya’ll agree?? Oh, and nude shoes (I wish I could wear heels, but that’s impossible in my profession.)

Gap Modern Boot pants are one of my favorites! They fit the booty, and are also long enough. This is frequently a problem for me. Shirt is from Target.
Dress is Calvin Klein from Ross. These are some of my favorite professional dresses! This might have been Wear a Dress Wednesday, but then again, do I really need a reason to dress up?? The flats are Tory Burch.
Had a 90’s and vintage moment on this day. I rocked Kylie Jenner matte lips with my headband that I’ve never worn before! I pulled it off ok, but I’ve seen some people that absolutely kill this look! Not sure it’s really for me….(the headband, not the makeup.)
Camisole and cardigan are both from Target. I have no idea which pants these are, though there’s a good chance they’re the Gap Modern Boots again. I have like 5 or 6 pair of black dress pants!
I have as much fun, if not more, doing my makeup for work. Note to self: do NOT try to do winged liner when in a time crunch. Just don’t….
I recently picked up the Urban Decay Vice 3 palette, which is absolutely amazing!!! LOOK how beautiful!!
Needless to say, I’ve been using this a lot lately. In fact, I used it yesterday for my trip to LA for my appointment with Dr Guanche:
I went for it with the winged liner! I used Maybelline’s cream liner in Eggplant. The transition colors are MakeUp Geek Beaches and Cream and Chickadee. The crease and under the lower lashes are UD Vice 3, and lid is a MAC pigment from a stacked pigment set that is limited edition from a couple of years ago.
Look I wore to the Nerium Market Party a couple of weeks ago with my favorite color! I used MAC purples and UDV3 palette for this one. Lip gloss is NARS Turkish Delight.
Lastly is just a bonus OOTD from my trip to LA yesterday. Lululemon yoga pants, charcoal with lace detail shirt from Forever 21, jacket from Grand Central Clothing, and boots from Ross a couple of years ago. Oh, and the scarf is from Kohls.
