Healthy Protein Bowl Tutorial

Lately, I have been enjoying protein bowls from a place called Flower Child here in the Phoenix area. I decided to make a protein bowl inspired by some of the ingredients in a few of their different bowls.It was really easy to make as shown by the video I filmed just for all of you wonderful subscribers! I have listed the ingredients below for you to pick up at the store. It took me about 45 minutes total including bake time, and I had bowls for the entire week!

Ingredients are as follows:

3 portobello mushrooms

3 peeled carrots

2 sweet potatoes

1 can black beans

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 cup uncooked brown rice

1/2 cup uncooked quinoa

1.5 cups bone broth

2 cups uncooked broccoli

2 cups uncooked kale

1 tea minced garlic

1 lemon juiced

Extra virgin olive oil

1 avocado

Miso Ginger dressing (or dressing of your choice) to top off
Salt and Pepper
