Dark Chocolate Chip PB Pecan Protein Balls

Here’s another awesome protein ball recipe! I have been playing around with and tweaking the original recipe to increase protein content and try different ingredients.

  • 0.5 cup oats (blend if you’d like a smoother texture)

  • 2 scoops of Isagenix plant based IsaPro protein powder

  • 2 scoops of Isagenix plant based IsaLean Vanilla Chai meal replacement shake

  • 4 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/4 cup Lily’s or comparable dark chocolate chips

  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 10 tbsp all natural peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup

  • 3/4 cup water (adjust up for down per your preference)

Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add wet ingredients and mix until uniform. You may want to use rubber gloves and get in there with your hands to make sure it’s nice and mixed. Roll into ping pong ball-sized balls, place on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet, and chill in the refrigerator for an hour or two then serve! Store in fridge.
